MHMD M3 Health Data and Requirement Analysis Meeting

The month 3 project meeting, held on January 24th in Paris at Almerys (Gnùbila) premises, rounded up representatives of nearly all partners of the Consortium to debate key issues of heath data privacy and system requirements to be implemented in the next phases.

Particular attention was given to the definition of data pseudonymisation and duly anonymisation standards according to the GDPR regulation, and to the identification of a proper window of preliminary intervetions to ensure the legitimate use of health records from clinical centres within the Consortium. This will allow the establishment of the data flow enabling analytical partners to access the large datasets essential for the development of advanced de-identification and encryption solutions.

The proposed user requirements for the four groups of stakeholders (patients, hospitals, research centres and businesses) were also widely discussed, in order to cover the widest possible range uses cases scenarios into the MHMD platform.
